A ReviewPilot alternative for a local business
ReviewPilot describes itself as AI review management software for Indian businesses, and it is a fair description: it drafts replies to Google Business Profile and Google Play Store reviews, in Hindi, Gujarati or any language you set, sends review alerts and review requests on WhatsApp, and lets you auto-publish by star rating. Its published plans are 1,500 rupees a month for one location or app, 3,000 for three and 8,000 for ten, with a 7-day free trial and no card required.
So the overlap with Sunaam is real, and the honest question is what else your business needs. ReviewPilot covers app-store reviews, which Sunaam does not. Sunaam covers what happens at the counter and around the listing: a review QR that also takes UPI payments, a complaint box, rewards for visits, and a website, at a lower starting price.
Why Indian businesses pick Sunaam
Sunaam starts at ₹99 a month against ReviewPilot's 1,500 rupees on Starter. For a single outlet that is a large difference over a year, and both are paid by UPI or card in rupees.
Sunaam's printed QR helps a customer write their review in their own words, and the same code can open their UPI app to pay you, show your menu or your Instagram. ReviewPilot runs QR review campaigns; its pages do not mention payments or a menu.
A one or two star tap is offered Google and a private complaint box side by side, never instead of Google. Urgent complaints alert you at once, and the customer is asked afterwards whether your reply put things right.
Rewards for visits (never for reviews), a Local Perks network with nearby businesses, a website you build by chatting, and Google Maps rank tracking come with Sunaam. ReviewPilot's pages do not mention these.

Everything in the ReviewPilot column was read from their own site on 13 October 2026. Where their pages do not state something, this table says so rather than guessing, and we do not repeat prices published about them by anyone else. Check the source before relying on it — prices change.
The bottom line
If you publish an app and need Play Store reviews answered alongside Google, ReviewPilot covers both and Sunaam does not. If you run a restaurant, clinic, salon or shop and want every Google review answered, more reviews from the counter, unhappy customers caught before they post, and your listing kept complete, Sunaam does that from a lower price.
Frequently asked questions
Is Sunaam cheaper than ReviewPilot?
Yes for a single outlet: Sunaam starts at ₹99 a month and ReviewPilot's Starter plan is 1,500 rupees a month. ReviewPilot offers a 7-day free trial without a card.
Does Sunaam reply to Play Store reviews?
No. Sunaam handles Google Business Profile reviews for local businesses. If your reviews are on the Play Store, ReviewPilot covers that and Sunaam does not.
Do both reply in Hindi?
