Common questions
Does Sunaam post replies without me seeing them?
Not unless you choose that, and only for the easy cases. By default every reply waits for your approval. If you turn on auto-reply, only reviews rated 4 or 5 stars can post automatically - anything 3 stars or lower always waits for a person, however auto-reply is set.
What language will the reply be written in?
The same language the review was written in, detected automatically. Sunaam understands romanised Hindi and Bengali too - the way people actually type on a phone - and writes the reply out properly in that language.
Can I edit a reply before it goes out?
Yes. Every draft is editable - change a line, rewrite it entirely, or ask Sunaam to redraft it with different direction. Nothing reaches Google until you approve it, in whatever form you leave it in.
How do I approve a reply from my phone?
Two ways: inside the Sunaam app, or over WhatsApp. On WhatsApp you simply get the draft and reply to approve it - there is nothing extra to install or log into.
Will the reply say the wrong thing for my kind of business?
Replies are written to your vertical's own rules. A clinic's reply, for instance, never confirms someone was a patient or references treatment details - the tone and limits are set per business type, not generic.
