Common questions
Does Sunaam write the review for the customer?
No. It turns what the customer actually said - their rating, the things they tapped as standing out, and any words they typed - into a clean, natural review in their own language. It never invents a detail they did not mention, and the customer reads, edits and posts it themselves.
What happens if someone leaves a bad rating?
It goes to Google exactly like any other rating. There is no step that routes an unhappy customer away from the public review and toward a private form instead - that practice is review gating, which Google's policy forbids, and Sunaam's flow does not have the branch that would make it possible.
What languages does it work in?
Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada and more, including romanised Hinglish and Banglish typed the way people actually type on a phone. The review comes out written properly in the language the customer chose.
Does the customer need to install anything?
No. A scan opens a page in their own browser - no app, no account, no sign-in. It works on any phone.
