What a scan opens once two or more actions are on
Sunaam is never in the money.
The payment button opens the customer's own UPI app, addressed to your account, exactly as if they had scanned a payment sticker on your counter. There is no amount fixed on the code - the customer types what they owe - and no step where Sunaam holds, moves or confirms the payment.
- No amount stored on the QR - the customer always types the bill
- No ledger, no settlement, no step where Sunaam touches the money
- Works with PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM and CRED
The code on your counter, doing more
Nothing physical changes. Everything behind the scan can.
One code, printed once
The card, the table tent, the counter stand - whatever is already glued down stays exactly where it is. What the code opens is decided by your account, not by the ink on the paper.
Up to five things behind one scan
Review, payment, menu, a link, directions - add what you need and reorder them from Sunaam, any time. Nothing is printed per-action, so adding one is a toggle, not a reprint.
Sunaam is never in the money
A payment button opens the customer's own UPI app - PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM - addressed to your account, with no amount fixed on our side. The customer types what they owe; Sunaam never holds, moves or sees the money.
Nothing changes until you add something
A business that has not switched anything on keeps the exact scan it always had: straight to the review flow. The welcome screen only appears once there is something to welcome someone to.
Common questions
Do I need to print a new QR code?
No. The code stays the same forever - what it opens is looked up from your account the moment it is scanned, not printed into the code itself. Switch on a payment button or a menu today and every card already in customers' hands picks it up immediately.
Does Sunaam handle the money when a customer pays?
No. A payment button opens a UPI deep link straight to your own account - PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or BHIM, whichever the customer has. There is no amount fixed on the code, no ledger and no settlement through Sunaam: the money moves directly from your customer to you, exactly as if they had scanned a payment sticker on your counter.
Can I add more than one thing to my QR code?
Yes, up to five: a Google review, a payment link, your menu, any other link such as Instagram or a booking page, and directions. Reviews are always included and always reachable in one tap, whatever else you add.
What happens if I don't want any extra buttons?
Nothing changes. A business with nothing switched on keeps the plain review scan it always had - the welcome screen with multiple buttons only appears once there is more than one thing to offer.
Is this included in my plan?
Yes - the QR code, your logo on it, and the welcome screen it opens are included on every Sunaam plan, from Lite upward.
