Set a visit perk
With a limit and an expiry date you choose.
A customer visits
And unlocks the perk - no review required.
Redeem at the counter
Staff verify the code in seconds.
They come back
A repeat customer, not a one-off deal.
The reward is decided before any rating exists.
Google prohibits offering something in exchange for a review - and Sunaam does not implement that as a warning label. The moment a customer scans, their reward is already chosen and reserved, before they have rated anything. There is no setting that can tie it to a review, because the product itself has no way to ask for one first.
A reward worth walking back in for
Simple for your customer, in your control, and honest about what it is for.
Never traded for a review
The reward is chosen and locked in the moment a customer scans - before any rating exists. There is no setting that can make it conditional on leaving a review, because Google's own rules do not allow it, and the product is built so that it simply cannot be done by accident.
Limits that actually hold
A monthly cap, an expiry date, and a limit on how often the same phone can claim one - set once, enforced automatically, with nothing to watch.
Pause without breaking a promise
Switch a perk off and new claims stop immediately - but anyone who already has a code still gets it honoured. A business should never have to go back on what it already offered.
The Local Perks Network
Nearby businesses can show each other's offers to their customers. A new face who scans at the bakery next door can see your perk too - and yours can reach theirs the same way.
Fair by design, not by request
To receive offers from nearby businesses, you publish one of your own. Nobody gets a free ride on the network, and nobody has to negotiate it.
One switch to turn it all off
Rewards are yours to fund and yours to stop, any time. Nothing commits you beyond the next time you change your mind.
The business next door can bring you a customer.
A salon, a café and a gym on the same street are not competitors - they share a customer. The Local Perks Network shows your offer to people discovering nearby businesses, and shows you theirs, so a stranger can arrive at your counter already interested.
- Publish one offer to receive offers from others nearby
- You set the terms - what the offer is, and how many you can honour
- No customer data crosses between businesses, only the offer itself

Common questions
Does a customer have to leave a review to get the reward?
No, never. The reward is decided and reserved the moment someone scans - before any star rating exists - so it cannot be made conditional on a review. This is deliberate: Google prohibits trading a benefit for a review, and Sunaam's rewards are built so that offering one this way is not something the product can even do.
How does a customer redeem their reward?
At your counter. The customer shows an eight-character code or a scannable mark, and your staff look it up and redeem it in a few seconds - no new hardware, just the device you already use for Sunaam.
Can I limit how many rewards I give away?
Yes. Set a monthly cap, an expiry date for each claim, and a limit on how often the same device can claim one. All three are enforced automatically once you set them.
What is the Local Perks Network?
A way for nearby businesses to send each other customers. A reward from your business can be shown to someone who scanned at a business near you, and theirs can be shown to your customers - so a new face arrives already interested. To take part, you publish an offer of your own; it is reciprocal, not one-sided.
Can I pause or stop rewards whenever I like?
Yes, any time. Pausing stops new claims immediately, but any reward already given to a customer stays honoured until it expires - a business should never have to take back what it already promised.
Is this included in my plan?
Yes - rewards are available on every Sunaam plan, including Lite.
